Today is Vote for KTEC

The time is here to cast your vote for the Kootenai Technical Education Campus (KTEC). EVERY vote counts, so please don’t miss this opportunity!

By now, I hope you are at least somewhat aware of the partnership between the three local school districts and private business/industry to build a professional/technical high school on the Rathdrum Prairie that could open by fall 2013 - KTEC.

For KTEC to become a reality, each school district needs a 55% pass rate, which makes it very important that we have a solid turnout in support of the levy on August 24th. The attached brochure and the KTEC website, www.ktechigh.org, provide details and additional information. You can also find KTEC on Facebook and help show your support and pass on information that way. Please disperse this information to your employees, family, and friends.

The polling places are listed in the attached brochure and are open tomorrow, August 24th, from 8am to 8pm.

If you cannot vote tomorrow, please go to your local school district office to fill out an absentee ballot. You must report to the office in the district where you reside. Here are the locations of those offices(these are not the polling places – just absentee):

Post Falls School Dist.

206 W Mullan Ave.

Post Falls, ID 83854

Coeur d'Alene School Dist.

311 N 10th Ave.

Coeur d'Alene, ID 83814

Rathdrum School Dist.

15506 N Washington St.

Rathdrum, ID 83858
